Why become a Sophrologist?
The Sophrology Diploma Course is ideal for people who are interested in:
a) opening a Sophrology practice, working with groups and/or individuals
b) adding a valuable resource to their existing profession eg trainers, coaches, human resource personel, educationalists, medical professionals
c) undertaking an intensive personal development programme
We are the first in the world to offer the Sophrology Practitioner Course in English. Those of you who successfully complete the course will be pioneers of Sophrology in the English Speaking World.
The main part of the coures is the integration of the Sophrology exercises, therefore, as well as certification each participant will personally benefit from the training. There is, therefore, no need to have had experience of Sophrology before starting.
There are two levels of Sophrology Practitioner Diploma Course: Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner.

Practitioner level 23 days + 40hrs supervised training over 2 years

Advanced level 14 days + 20hrs supervised training over 1 year

At the end of the Practitioner course there will be a practical and written exam. Certification will be given after passing the exam, handing in the completed course work and completion of a monitored project of 30 hours of individual practise or 10 hours of group practise. After the Practitioner course you will be able to teach the four foundation levels of Sophrology to groups and individuals.
The full accreditation as a Sophrologist will be awarded after successful completion of the 12 day Advanced course.
